Our client is currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.

This is a six (6) month, contract position scheduled to start immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing standard SLAs, OLA agreements and associated organizational toolkits in support of ITSM processes including but not limited to: incident management, service request management, asset management and portfolio management;

• Developing, validating and executing site specific organizational change management toolkits in support of SLA and OLA development for each of Regional Service Management Centres;

• Planning, negotiating and migrating existing non-enterprise service level management requirements from existing SLAs and OLAs to the Enterprise SLAs and OLAs, for any of the processes implemented at the Regional Service Management Centres;

• Participating in project status meetings;

• Maintaining configuration control of all documentation produced in the project repository;

• Preparing other reports and presentations as required by the project manager;

• Participating and reporting risks at Risk Management Board meetings;

• Keeping technical authority informed of risks, issues, concerns and any roadblocks and that require escalation for resolution;

• Preparing detailed work schedules for assigned work and providing regular status updates to the project scheduler; and Preparing status reports.
