Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

  • Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience in effective management of stakeholder relationships as demonstrated through delivering guidance and advice to clients;

  • Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst SLA Specialist, or Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst SLA Specialist with one of the following: A completed degree from a recognized university in any of the following: Engineering field; Computer Science; Business; Finance, or a completed diploma (minimum 2 years) from a recognized college in a technical field, business or finance, or a recognized completed certification in the Business analyst field (eg: CBAP, CCBA, Associate’s or Advanced Certificate in Business Analysis, ITIL V3 Foundation and above etc.);

  • Demonstrated experience in working within an IT service management organization; and,

  • Demonstrated experience in developing single service level agreements that describe multiple IT services, Service Level targets, and defines the responsibilities of the service provider to multiple groups of IT clients.
